HOW TO GET A XPLR PASS
- Customer to present to any The North Face Physical Store, 1 year’s worth of accumulated The North Face receipts worth P15,000. Purchase receipts from The North Face Philippines are only valid.
- Store is to validate if receipts are within one year duration and P15,000 worth of The North Face items.
- Once receipts are validated, The North Face store gets customer’s information by filling out the XPLR PASS Booklet.
- The customer can claim his / her VIPeak card two (2) weeks after the submission.
- XPLR PASS can be claimed through the customer’s preferred store. The North Face store team will notify the customer via text message or email.
